This class involves training the techniques to work in a self defence situation. We have reaction drills to make the response second nature and roll play to make sure that you understand what works for you. It’s all great fun and also you will improve fitness whilst achieving skills. Me and my assistant instructors make sure all beginners are looked after. I would highly recommend you give it ago and learn a art. Thanks Martin and team. We train Mondays and Wednesdays 7.30 - 8.30.
